Every Breath You Take

Is our breath being policed ? This is the song of The Police :

“Every breath you take,
Every move you make,
I’ll be watching you”.

It sounds like Big Brother, doesn’t it ?

The song is what is known as a “love song”. I think that it is more to do with the Orwellian SURVEILLANCE state that we live in. We are already being watched every time we make a move, and soon our breath will be monitored too, just like in the song.

The police…
It is the job of the police to watch us, and catch us out doing things that are banned, and here we have a song about surveillance by a band called “The Police”. This is too much of a coincidence for me…

It’s called Love…
Somehow this watching and surveillance thing has got mixed up with love. We are watched and monitored for our own good because Big Brother loves us. He keeps us safe. The same thing can happen within a psychopathic relationship where two people “love” each other, and it is often part of a control mechanism known as Domestic Violence.

Camera on…
Cameras are a good modern invention to spread the watching everywhere, no need to employ people to do it anymore, the computers and machines can do it at high speed. CCTV, speed cameras on roads, satellites in space etc etc. I feel like I get photographed quite a lot in an ordinary day. I am being watched, it’s normal, and it’s for my own good. Because Big Brother loves me, he is going to watch me ALL THE TIME. Smile, you’re on camera ! “Every smile you fake” sings Sting. “Every single day”….

Join the police…
If you want to join the police and The Police in watching the population, you too can carry your own surveillance device around with you in your pocket in the form of a phone or an ipad. You can use it to take photos and film and record people, just like the police do. You can reach places the police can’t reach, like inside private homes, which will help the police build up their database I am sure. If it goes through your device, then it will get stored on the Web.

Watch yourself…
You can use your personal device to transmit everything you say and do, so that your thoughts get monitored too. This is the Orwellian thought police at work. Except they don’t really need police any more, because we do it all ourselves.

Inside job…
The medical industry helps the police by sending cameras INSIDE the body. People are “hooked” up to monitors. People have pacemakers installed to watch their hearts. Blood is taken and recorded. So are body parts and body samples. Bodies are scanned by MRI scans. It’s all in the name of LOVE. Because Big Brother loves us.

“Every step you take”…
Airports and transport interchanges track your every move. Google knows every step you take on the internet, every click you make.

Keep on taking more and more…
People like to take photos and films of people they love. The clue is in the word “take”. You are taking from someone if you take a picture. You CAPTURE people on film. If you keep on taking and taking, there is nothing left of what you thought you loved. Remember it’s a love song! To be watched and recorded incessantly means LOVE, we are told. Listen to The Police.

Watch the kids…
Good parents always watch their kids, bad parents don’t. Kids are trained from young to be watched. Baby monitors get them off to a good start, a machine to watch your baby in the bedroom so you can watch the TV instead. A scan to watch your baby in utero. How often does a pregnant woman get surveyed in our surveillance state, and she does it because she “loves” her baby. Schools have CCTV cameras because they care about kids. Electronic registers in schools monitor each child’s whereabouts all day every day.

The Big Picture…
There is a very very big picture of the world being built up and stored on the Web, the Spider’s web, the web of deception. The Spied Spider spins its web and waits….

“Every word you say…
…I’ll be watching you”, sing The Police. Well that reminds me of something….

“Everything you say…
…will be taken down and maybe used against you”, say the police when they arrest you. Now can you see that we are ALL being treated as criminals, and everything everyone says or does is taken down and maybe used against them. We are all being treated as under arrest on suspicion of a crime. And it is being equated to love.

Too many rules…
Nowadays there are so many rules that everyone breaks them. It is normal to get fined by the State from time to time as a sort of extra tax. If you drive too fast, if you park in the wrong place, if you take your own children out of school at the wrong time. We are being watched so we can be caught out. Caught, court, fined and controlled. Watcher and Gotcha !

Watching money…
Our finances have been watched for ages, we have got used to that. Let’s take a little look at progress with watching money, because the same thing will happen with watching movements and watching breath….

Tax Return…
We tell the State about our money in a tax return (if you have an employer, they tell the State for you). The reason we tell them is to avoid arrest. We act guilty, and pay a “fine” known as tax, returning the tax back to the State where it came from. We act as if we have committed a crime. We pay them to leave us alone, we pay them to go away, we pay them to label us as innocent. And because we keep on paying up, they carry on with their profitable methods. Watching people works ! We diligently keep track records of our money before we have ever been accused of any crime. Tax “self assessment” is the latest thing, we just self monitor and pay up. We watch ourselves, we police ourselves, we criminalise ourselves.

Fear of Being a Criminal…
We pay a fine because we don’t want to be labelled “criminal”. Nowadays there is no hassle of policing and arresting and proving anything. It is just automatic donations to the State, they do nothing, we pay. It gets more extreme as people now find schemes to pay their fines in advance. Things like residents parking permits which gives you permission to do things that other people are criminalised for. It is a permit to get out of jail free, not be arrested, a sort of diplomatic immunity. You feel you have to pay up because you are always being watched, and you fear you will get caught, scary stuff ! And we want to live without fear don’t we ? Easy ! Pay to make the fear go away.

Watching movements…
On the Kennet and Avon canal in Bath, boaters are being scared into self monitoring their whereabouts. The scare tactic says that you are a criminal and will be fined, unless you prove otherwise in advance, before you are caught. Good people keep a log and send it into the authority, spying on themselves. We are being scared into reporting our own movements to the State for FEAR of being a criminal. We fear being caught, because we think we are always being WATCHED.

Guilty until proven Innocent…
By being good and always working hard to log your own movements, and sending them in, you hope you can always prove your own innocence. Not a great way to live though is it ? You are in a constant state of self defence. It gets really tiring always trying to appear innocent even when you are. Eventually you just become an unreal super good person with a seriously destroyed soul.

“You belong to me…”
If you don’t trust your husband or wife or partner, you become possessive over them. You believe you own them, and you watch them or have them watched incessantly, maybe never letting them out of your sight. You “police” them 100%, always watched. Always watched to make sure they never break a rule, and to make sure they are caught if they do. This is not love, it is FEAR. Fear of losing the thing you thought you loved. So you police it to keep it, and in so doing you destroy it. That which you love has become captured and imprisoned by the incessant WATCHING. “Can’t you see, you belong to me”, sings Sting. See what I mean ? And not so many years ago, women legally were the possession of their husband or father.

Possessive State…
The State is possessive, it owns us and polices us and watches us, and it will either destroy us in the process, or we will walk away. The State lives in fear of us walking out on the relationship.

State of Posession…
I think the Western world is in a bad state. A state of possession, where we are all obsessed by possessions. We all own too much. To escape the possessive state within us and the Possessive State without, we need to possess a lot less.

Who owns me?…
It was my father who gave me away to my husband, but it is also the State that “owns” me. I was signed away to the State at birth by my good and loving parents, just as I signed away my own kids. We register with the State the entry of a newborn in the world, and we register the exit at death. These are two major movements that are WATCHED. We all agree to be watched and to have our kids watched too. But it is never too late to walk away and to own yourself, to be your own self. You don’t have to pay attention to the rules unless you want to be very good.

Watch your breath…
Our moves are already watched, and it has not taken that long to achieve. Soon we will have our breath watched too, just like in the song…

Policing the breath…
The police already do breathalyser tests on drivers to see what is in their breath. We are getting used to our breath being monitored as an acceptable thing to do. At Christmas time I don’t think you even have to be suspicious, breath tests are just randomly taken of anyone, and the information about your breath is taken down and may be used against you. That’s ok isn’t it ? We don’t mind all being treated as criminals all the time, do we, if that’s what has to be done to catch the real criminals occasionally.

Monitoring breath…
Our houses are increasingly becoming sealed units. We are getting used to all the inputs and outputs being measured, the latest one being measuring WATER. We got used to electric and gas and phone measuring ages ago. Before long it will be measuring AIR. Air tubes in and out of our houses. And to look after us and love us properly, the State (or State enlisted corporations) will have to measure the quality and quantity of the air going in and out of our homes. How else can they charge us fairly for what we use of such a precious resource? The air we breathe in and the air we breathe out will be measured and WATCHED.

Breath out…
We breath out carbon emissions. Carbon dioxide, CO2. Businesses get charged money for carbon emissions, and there is a big worldwide Eco campaign to monitor carbon output, and link it to money via “carbon credits”. We will soon be charged for breathing out, and we will then try and reduce our breath to save money, or pay in advance to be allowed to breath. PAY AS YOU GO breathing. I expect there are also plans to ration and charge for oxygen intake, to help save the planet. We will soon get used to it because we know that it’s because we are loved and because we love the planet.

The Sting…
A “sting” is a an undercover police operation that tricks the criminals into a trap. A sort of deception. I think we have been tricked by the police sting and by the Sting of The Police, and we have been caught, caught on camera, caught out by being watched. We have somehow agreed to be watched, and agreed that everything that is watched can be used against us. If we are all criminals, then the final Sting is when we are all nailed, all captured, all taken.

Queen Bee…
No not the bees again ! Who does Sting work for, I wonder ? Bees work for the Queen, just as the British Police swear allegiance to The Queen. Just as Sting belongs to The Police, and the police seem to be the bees. The police set up the sting by watching us, and the sting itself is in the catching. Always watched, always loved, always caught, always in fear. A Honey Trap is a type of police sting involving sexual bait…

Be Sting…
It is quite helpful for the State’s message that Sting is “sexy”. A bee sting is a prick on the end of the abdomen. It seems that bees are “sexy” too. Bees require sexed plants to get their pollen to make their honey to feed their Queen who has the police bees doing lots of stinging work for her. Every Breath You Take is a love song about a man being possessive over a woman. To own her. To possess a woman is to enter into her body, as the bee sting does. To own someone, like Sting does in the song, you enter into their mind, force your way in, as the Watching State does. There are two ways to invade and possess, two ways to be a sting, be.a.sting. Into the MIND or into the BODY.

If you love them, let them go…
To me, love is about allowing someone to be free. It is not to do with watching obsessively possessively, owning, invading, restricting and punishing. It is more to do with WATCHING OUT for someone, for anyone, and WATCHING OVER others to help and allow them along on their chosen journey. We all look out for each other if we are left to ourselves, don’t we ?

Fear becomes Free…
Look at the letters ! FEER to FREE. Which way do you prefer to live ?

Domestic Violence…
The State is panicking in the same way that a controlling violent husband panics when he realises his wife is getting stronger and about to walk away. The controlling husband gets more controlling the more he senses the loss approaching. The State is doing the same. They are tightening up control because they can sense we are leaving and getting ready to walk out.

Not enough police…
Do you know something? They don’t have enough police. They can’t police us. Too many rules, not enough police. There probably aren’t enough real criminals either. The whole system is reliant on us policing ourselves and each other. The whole system is dependent on the ILLUSION that we are always being watched, and that criminals lurk everywhere. The FEAR of being watched sends us into behaving as we are told by Big Brother…

…Which means that you can choose to set yourself free by slowly shaking off the illusion.

We certainly breathe very badly, I find myself breathing too shallowly and too quickly. Slow deep breaths always calms me down in stressful situations. Incredible how we have got something so fundamental as breathing so badly wrong. I notice that divers, especially “free divers” (no oxygen tanks) are nearly always very calm and healthy, as they learn to breathe well.
Maybe we should start monitoring our own breath for our own health purposes before the powers that be step in and take control…

most people are hyperventilating – we need the CO2 to get the oxygen into our cells.

And the reason for the crooked teeth is due to mouth breathing and eating mush – one dentist has worked it out

Carbon dioxide or CO2 is a gas created from our metabolic process as an end product. If we breathe too heavily, CO2 is exhaled or washed from our lungs. A loss of CO2 from the lungs results in a reduction of CO2 in the blood, tissues and cells. What are the functions of carbon dioxide? a) The release of oxygen from red blood cells depends on the partial pressure or quantity of carbon dioxide in your lungs/arterial blood. When one is overbreathing, carbon dioxide is removed from the body, causing the oxygen to “stick” to haemoglobin within the red blood cells. This prevents its release into tissues and organs. This bond, discovered in 1904, is known as the Bohr Effect. Ironically, the heavier you breathe the less oxygen is released to tissues and organs. b) Carbon dioxide relaxes the smooth muscles that surround the airways, arteries and capillaries.

With a normal breathing volume of five litres of air per minute, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide amounts to 40mmHg. Each 1mmHg drop of arterial CO2 reduces blood flow to the brain by 2% [3]. In other words; oxygenation of your brain significantly decreases when you breathe heavily. It is no coincidence that persons who noticeably breathe during sleep and rest often have poor concentration, fatigue, vertigo and a racing mind. c) Professor Buteyko points to the loss of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) as the cause of airway obstruction in asthma. Similarly, in a paper entitled The Mechanism of Bronchoconstriction Due To Hypocapnia in Man [4], Sterling writes, “hypocapnia (loss of Carbon Dioxide) due to voluntary hyperventilation in man causes increased resistance to airflow”. Furthermore, when subjects inhaled an air mixture containing 5% carbon dioxide “bronchoconstriction was prevented, indicating that it had been due to hypocapnia, not to mechanical factors associated with hyperventilation” Now we examine the role of chronic overbreathing in common conditions such as rhinitis/hay fever, asthma, snoring, anxiety and crooked teeth. Rhinitis/Hay Fever (click here for free video)

Allergic rhinitis or hay fever describes inflammation of the upper airways manifesting as symptoms such as a blocked, runny nose, sneezing or loss of smell. The standard Sino Nasal Outcome Test (SNOT) for evaluating rhinitis/sinusitis patients lists additional symptoms such as cough, dizziness, facial pain pressure, waking up at night, lack of a good night’s sleep, waking up tired, fatigue, reduced productivity, reduced concentration, irritable, sad and embarrassed. There is no doubt that rhinitis is not only uncomfortable, but also lowers quality of life.

Buteyko explained that rhinitis is due to chronic overbreathing which causes pooling of venous blood in the nose. In addition to swollen blood vessels, there is an increased secretion of mucus which narrows nasal passages and creates a feeling of suffocation during nasal breathing. A partially blocked nose results in mouth breathing thus increasing breathing volume and completing the circle. Dr Buteyko developed an exercise to unblock the nose which works by simply holding the breath to accumulate carbon dioxide. Asthma (click here for free video)

All very interesting, thanks Paul, have passed on to a dentist friend.
The light peaceful breathing during sleep makes me think of hibernation, and how some creatures are able to survive for months doing nothing but breathe.

The heavy breathing reminds me of the way the western world overeats. I think we overeat, and the stuff passes through us so quick we hardly get anything decent out of it. So we crave more and more food faster and faster which perpetuates the problem. (I am currently slowly training myself to empty my body products less frequently following “U R What You Eat” and seem to need less food, and have no bad health reactions at all, if anything I feel healthier). Maybe eating more carbs (carbon, the C that binds with the O2 to make CO2) is actually causing us to over breathe too, to get rid of the excess Carbon.

I am sure all colds and flu type illnesses are breathing errors or bad air quality. Schools and offices are riddled with such illnesses, and these are places where you are told off for yawning or coughing, you feel like you are almost not allowed to breathe.

I guess if we should be closing our mouths, the whole SMILE campaign thing with gleaming white reconstructed teeth should be binned (See “Smile!”). Too much fake smiling is not good for breathing.

The answer is always to slow down and stop racing.
